This is a Prefab ment for your Avatar to shoot from Fingers or a Gun or smth. Simply drag and drop the Prefab on your Avatar so its outside the Armature, then Drag the Bone you want it on in the Parent Constraint on the Prefab, click Zero and Activate, then place the Particles to your liking in the Scene.
