These are Dagger Prefabs for Unity/VRChat. Simply drag and drop the Prefab on your Avatar, drag the Wristbone in the Parent Constraint on the Prefab, press Zero and Active, then edit the placement on the Dagger how you want and make a toggle. You can then toggle it however you want. Make sure the Prefab is outside the Armature, same level of the Body Mesh in the Avatar Hirachy since the Daggers have WorldSpace Particles.
